Under the visionary leadership of Jijith Pookkodan, all woodwork is executed strictly adhering to ancient Thachu Shastra architectural and carpentry principles. We rely exclusively on a local workforce of 100% traditional Kerala craftsmen with zero migrant or out-of-state laborers. From sourcing mature, high-quality Mahogany and premium local woods (Kunnivaka, Karavenga, Mulluvenga, Jackfruit Wood, and Anjili Wood) to hand-carving the custom door and window frames and assembling the shutters, every detail is meticulously completed in our own factory to guarantee generational excellence.
